Damages and issues
Please note that refurbished machines may come with minor cosmetic damage that does not impact the function of the machine. Every machine has been certified by the manufacturer, and is warrantied by the manufacturer for customers in the country of Canada. If the item is defective, please contact the manufacturer with whom the warranty is with (i.e. Dyson, Miele, etc.), and they will resolve the issue.
If you receive the wrong item, promptly contact us using our "Contact Us" form on the website so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any of our refurbished machines.
Cancellations
Will only be accepted within 30 minutes of a purchase. If shipping label fees and/or other fees have been incurred before a cancellation is requested, the customer will receive a refund minus the fees incurred by Refurbished Vacuums Canada. Please use our "Contact Us" form if you would like to request a cancellation.
